What is it?
People are increasingly travelling by e-bikes and other electric vehicles. When they charge their battery in your business premises, it brings an increased risk of fire. In our S4FE lockers, people can safely charge their batteries. Does a fire break out anyway? Then S4FE will stop it for at least 60 minutes. Meanwhile, the fire brigade is automatically called.
The S4FE® lockers are certified under KIWA 21045 – SCP05 certification. The detection and control components are certified according to EN54-7 en EN12094-1 standards. The extinguishing components are certified under K23001.
This set-up created an equivalence to a fire resistance for fire penetration and flashover to a minimum of 60 minutes for the batteries tested. This is not applicable for smoke resistance. This does not apply to smoke resistance.

In addition, our S4FE lockers also have some other features that increase security. For example, the doors and walls of the lockers are extra thick and the lock is extra strong. Moreover, it is always recorded who opens which locker and when. So you always know who last used which locker.

Thanks to S4FE lockers, you can comply with your fire insurance safety regulations. Charging e-bike and other batteries in your building without precaution isn’t permitted. S4FE lockers can be placed indoors or outdoors (without a canopy!).
